Payment policy
• No credit card details are needed. Customer receives a safe pay link via email, which can be settled by a simple click.
• The hotel will ask for 25% of the total amount as a deposit for the booking.
The remaining amount of 75% of the total of the reservation will be charged at the check-in.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for our hotel is as follows:
FREE CANCELLATION - Cancellation fee is not applied if the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the expected arrival and deposit will be fully refunded to the same card which was used to pay the deposit.
- If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival or less, no additional amount will be charged or required, however the hotel will keep the 25% deposit as cancellation fee.
- In case of no-show the entire deposit amount will be kept and is no longer refundable.
- No refund is available for early departures (partial or full) according to the hotel policy.
- In the event of a confirmed booking being unavailable, the hotel will endeavour to offer an Alternative solution of the same or higher standard in same location or manner. In the event where this is not possible, the Hotel may offer a full refund if this alternative solution is not preferred.
- Melpo Antia Luxury Apartments & Suites reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of system error, system malfunction and or price calculation error.
- The Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in for any bookings which were made with customers younger than 16 years of age.
Booking Modification & Upgrades
• Any room/terms upgrades are available at any time by contacting our reservation department on reservations@melpoantia.com.cy or during check in, but always subject to availability and our upgrade policy.
All taxes and municipality charges are included in the price. Following the COVID-19 prevention measures, we would like to inform you that some areas or services at our property may have limited access during your stay. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.
